Neon Floating Cube

Neon gas was filled in these glass tubes that were heated, bent, and glass welded in a symmetrical fashion to create this floating cube effect. There are two electrodes powered by a transformer hidden in the box underneath which is why it does not connect like the CAD model.

Trefoil Knot

The trefoil knot is another floating structure that was welded in the shop.

Casting a Goblet

A bronze goblet was created using the lost-wax technique. It involved designing it in CAD, FDM 3D printing, casting a silicone mold, pouring hot wax into the mold, using the wax replica to attach wax sprues, dipping it into plaster material, then pouring molten bronze where the wax melts and drains out.

Track Car

1999 Nissan Silvia S15 imported from Japan. Currently the vehicle is still setup as the Autech version with a 200hp high compression SR20 engine. These photos are from Thunderhill Raceway.

High Powered Rocketry

I am Tripoli Certified for High Powered Rocketry. This allows you to purchase rocket motors with higher total impulse in N-s. I just completed my first dual deployment launch where I had electronics trigger gunpowder to eject parachutes at apogee and certain altitudes.
